Enjoy the Wonders of Fungi

Eric Swanson of Vermush leads this workshop on growing your own fungus. Attendees even get their own pet oyster mushroom spawn.

Farm & Food Tour

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

Food safety specialist Londa Nwadike will lead this workshop on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) — the basic sanitary and processing requirements necessary to ensure the production of safe and wholesome food. Workshop will conclude with an extended time of question and answers.

Brews in Bloom

Good brews and good food = a great Friday night. Easter Seals Vermont presents this craft brew festival.

Annual Strawberry Festival

Strawberry milkshakes, games, and face painting make this festival a hit with kids and adults alike.

Burlington Wine & Food Festival

With other 250 wines, educational seminars, and tasty eats, this event gives attendees a well-rounded wine experience.

Bike Tour: Bridges, Bakeries & Beer

This 25-mile cycling excursion led by historian and bridge expert Bob McCullough raises money for the UVM Historic Preservation Program Alumni Association and provides cyclists with the stories of Vermont towns and pastoral landscapes. Bakeries and breweries are also on the agenda.

Long Trail Century Ride

Cyclists complete 20-, 50- and 100-mile routes at this Vermont Adaptive Ski & Sports fundraiser, and when they cross the finish line, tunes from the Pete Kilpatrick Band and food await.

Cedar Circle Farm Strawberry Festival

Blue grass music, strawberry smoothies, and plenty of kids activities celebrate the strawberry season.
