UVM Food Systems Symposium
The University of Vermont Food Systems Symposium was held Monday, Nov. 1, at the Dudley H. Davis Center. More than 200 people attended the event, which included speakers, discussion sessions, and a local foods lunch. The symposium served to build awareness of the food systems research and scholarship underway at UVM; recognize emerging opportunities for transdisciplinary food systems research and outreach; and identify specific research needs that should be addressed by internal planning grants.
