Members & How to Post

The Food System Research Collaborative includes University of Vermont faculty and staff, representatives of food and farm organizations, funders, service providers, researchers, students, and community members.

Membership in the Collaborative is defined simply by an organization’s or individual’s willingness to share research ideas, communicate research results, ask questions, and work with other members on new initiatives and projects.

There are several ways to get involved:

1) Contributor. Join the discussion by posting information about your research, collaborative opportunities, research queries and ideas, and more! Contributing members can post and comment on other members postings. Click here to register.

2) Subscriber. Sign up for the live feed to receive content and comment updates from the site. Click here to subscribe.

3) Visitor. Visit this site as often as you like to stay informed about current research, collaborations, and funding opportunities.

HOW TO REGISTER
It’s easy to join the FSRC conversation:
1. Click on the red “log in or register here” button at the top right of the page. You’ll be directed to a WordPress login page.
2. Click on “Register” and enter a Username and your E-mail address.
3. After registering, you’ll receive confirmation and a password via e-mail.

HOW TO POST
1. Click on “Add A Post” under “Quick Links” below the photo.
2. Log in.
3. Write your title and your post.
4. Check the appropriate category box(es) on the lower right.
5. Add any other descriptive words as tags.
6. Click “Publish”

HOW TO COMMENT
1. If you’re logged in, you can add comments to any post.
2. If you’re not logged in, click on the red button to register or sign in. (you can also log in through a link in each comment box).
3. Type your comment and click “Submit.”
